Older dancers from Open Age and young dancers from Unique Dynamites Cheerleading Academy have worked together to create an intergenerational performance. Watch the dancers perform a sizzling mix of waltz, cheerleading and salsa, and if you wish, jump onstage and join in yourself with a fun zumba-salsa workshop. 

Open Age provides a wide range of physical, creative and mentally stimulating activities to enable older people to develop new skills, fulfil their potential, and encourage social interaction, thus helping reduce loneliness, isolation and depression.

Unique Dynamites Cheerleading Academy is a london based academy, offering training in Cheerleading, Dance and Gymnastics to girls & boys aged 5yrs to adult in the local community.
